Monitor all CCTV cameras and surveillance systems throughout the hotel to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property.
Observe and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or unusual incidents to the Security Supervisor immediately.
Maintain continuous surveillance of all assigned camera systems during the shift without interruption.
Record, document, and report all security incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
Retrieve, review, and preserve CCTV footage when requested by authorized management or for investigation purposes.
Ensure that all CCTV equipment, monitors, recording devices, and related systems are functioning properly and report any faults immediately.
Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information at all times.
