Role:CDM Support // Contract Delivery Management Support Good communication skills & basic knowledge of telecom industry. Should have Co-ordination skills and Jeopardy management. Aware of basic terminologies like- RACI matrix, SLA, SOP, KPI.

Difference between Cost & Price; Margin & Profit; and have idea of Escalation Chronology. Good in mathematical calculations. Should have knowledge of technical terms like- LAN,WAN, Ethernet, Radio, WIFI.

Should have a minimum experience of 6 months. Would prefer B.Com graduate.

Basic accounts knowledge and terms like- profit, revenue, credit, debit, and basic knowledge of Excel.
