Role Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead the quality assurance and quality control function for CDU manufacturing.
Define inspection standards and sampling plans for key CDU components.
Establish and monitor in-process inspection points and implement statistical process control for critical parameters.
Ensure all units pass final inspection before packaging and shipping.
Lead customer complaint investigations and implement permanent corrective actions.
Lead quality improvement projects using lean tools, drive reduction of COPQ, scrap, rework, and first pass yield improvements.
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with product safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, refrigeration engineering or related field.
5+years of experience in data center related products or cold plates quality engineering.
