Role Description

Major responsibilities 
Oversee daily laboratory operations; optimize and maintain the operating cadence; continuously identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to reduce operational risks, improve cross-departmental process/ communication efficiency
Collaborate with project teams to coordinate user requirements and facilitate overall planning for the new Cell Therapy R&D facility.
Build digital tools to improve operational efficiency.  tools for consumables and materials inventory management, budget spend tracking and analysis, end-to-end equipment lifecycle management
Partner with Procurement and Legal: be familiar with procurement rules and business processes; communicate regularly with cross-functional team to track execution and delivery progress; drive cross-functional process efficiency to ensure department procurement progress in line with project needs.
