(CEN) ANALYST DIGITAL INNOVATION

The Digital Innovation Analyst role supports the advancement of digital innovation across Cemex operations by helping identify business needs, evaluating opportunities, and coordinating initiatives aligned with strategic priorities. The position connects internal stakeholders with emerging solutions, startups, and best practices to enable pilots, knowledge-sharing, and scalable improvements through programs such as Smart Innovation, Communities of Practice, and Leaplab. It also tracks progress, outcomes, and key insights from innovation initiatives to provide visibility and support informed decision‑making.
