Central Material Planning Analyst

Summary Of Role The Central Material Planning Analyst drive continuous improvement in MRP processes with Lear’s Electronics Plants. This role will monitor and audit the MRP processes of Lear's Electronics plants. The goal is to improve, centralize, and standardize Lear’s MRP processes globally to enhance efficiency by aligning supply with demand thereby mitigating costs associated with plant downtime, premium freight and excess inventory.

As a newly formed team, there is high visibility within the organization, as well as significant autonomy and opportunity to develop metrics and lead novel initiatives. The Central Material Planning Analyst regularly interacts with Lear leadership to communicate the progress on team initiatives.
