Certified Arborist

Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering, technical, and professional services serving the US government, allies, and critical infrastructure sectors, is seeking a **Certified Arborist** to support a unique US Navy program based on the island of Diego Garcia. The Certified Arborist will be responsible for maintaining improved grounds, ensuring a neat, well-kept, and healthy appearance throughout the assigned areas while adhering to DoD regulations and landscaping service standards.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Maintain improved grounds, including prestige areas, POL areas, tanks, fence lines, pipelines, and berms, ensuring all areas meet **Service Level Standards** specified in J-1503050-06.
+ Conduct trimming and pruning of vegetation such as trees, shrubs, and plants in a manner that promotes their health, longevity, and aesthetic appearance.
