Our client is a Finnish industrial company internationally known for its high-quality machinery, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. The company’s headquarter is in Vaasa region, with sales offices in Sweden and outside Europe. Annual revenue is 40-50 MEUR, and employees close to 100.

To support continued growth, the company is strengthening its teams in Vaasa and internationally and is now looking for a CFO.

The CFO is a key business partner responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management, supporting decision-making across the organization. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement close to the business.

Your key responsibilities

• Member of the group management team
• Financial reporting and forecasting incl. group consolidation
