About the Opportunity

Our client, a large and complex enterprise organization in the retail sector, is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support major technology transformation initiatives. In this role, you will focus on the people side of change, helping employees successfully adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working across the organization.

Working alongside project leaders, communications partners, and technology teams, you will help guide employees through several key initiatives including Microsoft 365 enhancements, Windows 10 upgrades, data classification and retention programs, and security-related technology rollouts.
