We’re partnering with a major NSW Government organisation to engage an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale operational transformation program within a complex, industrial environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end change strategy and delivery across frontline and corporate stakeholders.

• Lead the design and delivery of change strategies and plans aligned to program objectives
• Manage end-to-end change activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, business readiness and adoption
