 ERP upgrade and implementation
 This Local Council is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a large ERP upgrade and implementation compliance, risk & strategy platform.
  Your responsibilities will include: 
 Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
 Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
 Assist the People and Culture team with anticipated organisational changes
 Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
 Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
