Channel Assistant (Front End & Back End)

Front-End Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact person for e-bike dealers, distributors, and service partners
• Assist in dealer onboarding, accreditation, and orientation on company policies
• Handle dealer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, promos, and after-sales support
• Coordinate sales orders, pre-orders, and delivery schedules with dealers
• Support dealer marketing activities, promotions, and product launches
• Communicate updates on new models, specs, warranties, and spare parts
• Assist during dealer meetings, training sessions, and roadshows
• Gather dealer feedback on product performance, customer demand, and issues

Back-End Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate dealer and distributor records in the system
• Process dealer orders, invoices, delivery documents, and sales reports
