Role Description
Responsibilities
:Maintain and develop relationships with Telecom Service Brokers and Sub-agents.
Provide proposals and assist agents in managing their customers and prospects throughout the sales process.
Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting and networking to penetrate Sub-Agents with limited or no existing Zayo business relationship.
Utilize knowledge of customers, industry, and services to achieve revenue objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and activities using Zayo's CRM tool and other reporting systems.
Develop accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities.
Maintain records of agent and customer activity for reporting sales and forecasts.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure agent and customer satisfaction, as well as meeting revenue objectives.
