Chargeback Analyst

Position Overview

The Chargeback Analyst supports the organization by analyzing distributor and customer data, reviewing contracts and pricing conditions, and resolving discrepancies related to rebates, pricing, and off‑invoice transactions. This position will liaise internally and externally to support effective chargeback adjudication while contributing to process improvements as the team continues to grow in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze distributor and customer data to identify discrepancies related to pricing, rebates, or contracts.
• Collaborate with distributors to resolve claims and minimize financial deductions.
• Partner with internal teams (Finance, Contracting, Membership, Customer Service) to resolve chargeback and contract‑related issues.
