Key Responsibilities

• :Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts for all group companies
• .Review and support contract finalization from a financial and compliance perspective
• .Analyse actual performance against budgets and identify key variances with corrective actions
• .Support the MD in financial planning, cash flow management, and capital allocation decisions
• .Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring of revenue, cost, and profitability metrics
• .Compile, analyse, and present monthly MIS reports for all units to the MD’s Office
