As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative recruitment technology to international clients. You will be responsible for implementing iCIMS talent management and AI-driven hiring solutions in customer-facing engagements.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build expertise in AI-driven hiring automation, system configuration, and technical implementation consulting within a fast-growing global SaaS environment. You will support client conversations to define business processes, facilitate implementation meetings, and help translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
