Chatter Quality Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Chatter Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the quality of communications within our platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in moderation, ideally from platforms like TikTok, and will be responsible for monitoring chat activities to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and established best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor chatter interactions during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to platform guidelines .
• Ensure Creator Branding is consistently followed in all communications.
• Track compliance with the Chatting Course guidelines, identifying any deviations and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Provide direct feedback to chatters regarding violations of platform guidelines and Creator Branding in group settings.
