We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preparing dishes in a timely manner and creating unique menus. You will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared according to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. You must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, be creative and have excellent interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of menu planning, ordering supplies, training kitchen staff and ensuring that food meets expectations. In addition, you must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to customer service is essential as well as an understanding of cultural diversity within the restaurant.
