About the role:

• The company is a reputable global manufacturer within the coatings and chemical industry, currently experiencing strong growth.
• Based in the western suburbs of Melbourne. 
• 12-month mat leave contract with strong potential to go permanent.
• Monday to Friday with standard working hours (6:30am to 3pm)

About your duties:
Reporting to the Section Leader, your main responsibilities may include:

• Manufacture, testing and support of coatings, products and processes
• Conduct laboratory testing, QA and application work on coatings systems
• Support formulation, development and evaluation of products and raw materials
• Assist with colour matching requirements 
• Record, analyse and interpret experimental data
• Communicate progress, results and any issues to the wider team
