JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer
• Atleast 5 years of experience in Property Management
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in Building Facilities and Equipment Management
• Has strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Decisive and has an eye for details
• Efficient and trustworthy
• Has high sense of urgency
• Has the ability to work well both as part of the team and on his own initiative
• Good organizational skills

JOB SUMMARY: Ensures proper, orderly, cost effective, and timely execution of the operation and maintenance of all building systems, facilities, and equipment for property management.
