Chief Technology Officer

Location: EU – Remote or Zagreb, Croatia - Hybrid

Reporting to: Founder

The role

The CTO will lead Oradian’s technology organization across engineering, platform, infrastructure, security, and reliability. You will own and shape the technology strategy, strengthen execution, and ensure the platform continues to scale and perform in line with customers’ high‑growth needs and the company’s ambitions.

This is a highly cross‑functional and externally visible role. The CTO will be a key partner to the founders and leadership team, a leader for the technology organization, and a credible voice with customers, prospects, and senior stakeholders. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who can roll up their sleeves.
