CI Intern

As our Continuous Improvement Intern you’ll play a key role in the execution of continuous improvement processes (Lean Tools, DBS, Kaizen Events, Kaizen blitz, Cost Out initiatives). Through the design and maintenance of information systems to manage the continuous improvement journey, you support the generation of CI Culture by developing information to be deployed in the plant for the Danfoss business system. You implement and support the CI culture through recognition programs to increase people’s engagement.

• Time studies of process cycles.
• Execution of Standard Work procedures.
• Support for improvement projects (Kaizen).
• Support with data analysis.
• Weekly and monthly performance presentations.

• Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic or related fields.
