About the Role

The role focuses on system integrations, business alignment, and end‑user support, ensuring that Webex solutions—including Webex Contact Center—are seamlessly integrated into enterprise platforms and business processes.

This is a fully remote, project‑based role, ideal for a senior freelance consultant with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
