Responsibilities

• Oversee local operations with respect to departmental functions, administration, and workforce supervision.
• Achieve local performance targets.
• Enhance operational procedure and business processes according to local standards.
• Serve as a company representative for any regulatory and local government requirements.
• Duties and responsibilities will include interviewing, selection, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
