Civil Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

• P.Eng in BC — Must be fully licensed to practice independently
• Strong organizational & decision‑making ability — Able to manage 20+ projects and make sound engineering judgments
• Blend of project management + technical civil/structural skill
• Local to the region — Frequent site visits; must understand real‑world conditions
• Experience as a Project Engineer — Comfortable owning engineering decisions and coordinating deliverables
• Industrial/Heavy Civil background — Electrical utility, hydro, mining, or commercial/industrial environments
• Experience with rehabilitation of older infrastructure
• Microsoft Suite proficiency
• 3–5 years of experience — Least important; capability > years
