Civil/Structural Inspector

Job Purpose

The Civil/Structural Inspector is responsible for the site supervision of all structural elements, ensuring that piling, enabling works, concrete casting, steel reinforcement, and post‑tensioning are executed in strict accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and local building codes.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect all civil/structural installations, including enabling works, foundations, piling, and superstructure, to ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Specialized Inspections:
  • Enabling & Piling: Verify survey coordinates and points. Inspect pile reinforcement cages and casings; attend and record results for pile load/integrity tests.
  • Post‑Tension (PT) Slabs: Supervise the installation of tendons, monitor the stressing process, and verify de‑shuttering periods based on concrete strength results.
