The opportunity
The purpose of this role is to support the establishment and growth of a Client Solutions Practice across the Division. The role is responsible for developing a quality client pipeline, maintaining key client accounts, and facilitating sustainable profitable growth.
Your new role
Act as the main point of contact for clients across all business areas, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships.
Collaborate closely with the Distribution team to drive client retention and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Monitor and enhance client satisfaction, using annual Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys to measure and improve service quality.
Identify and pursue opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling, maximizing value for both clients and the organization.
