What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of team members to deliver outstanding, accurate, and timely work for clients.
• Build strong, proactive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring expectations are met.
• Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, co‑facilitate the team member performance review process, and support professional growth and accountability in collaboration with our Learning & Development team.
• Accurate and timely record‑keeping for both team members and clients.
• Address challenges early, working with clients to find practical, win‑win solutions, with the support of your CX Manager as required.
