Client Onboarding Senior Associate

Your Team Responsibilities
This position is open to candidates based in Monterrey or Mexico City.
The Onboarding Senior Associate plays a critical role in supporting the operational needs of prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders across several key functions, including new client onboarding, data management, and the administration of user access within the Private and Total Plan platforms.
This role also encompasses project management responsibilities, including coordinating cross-functional onboarding initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
This position is integral to delivering a seamless client experience while maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of client data and onboarding activities.
