We help owners boost revenue, reduce Turo commission fees, and streamline operations through features such as custom rental websites, secure driver verification, automated rental agreements, and powerful fleet analytics.

We are looking for an Onboarding & Support Specialist who can help new clients successfully set up and start using our platform while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and verify new client accounts, including business details and platform configuration.
• Upload and configure fleet data, pricing rules, booking policies, and availability settings.
• Enable and verify insurance integrations such as RentalCover , Bonzah , or other supported providers.
