Job Overview

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining strong partnerships with clients while overseeing the end-to-end coordination of projects and events. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen long-term client partnerships
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce additional services
• Work closely with the Operations and Production teams for seamless project implementation
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall profitability
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met according to client expectations
