Key Responsibilities


- Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, ensuring retention and proactive issue resolution.


- Conduct daily/weekly client visits, NPS surveys, and performance reviews to optimise ETS delivery.


- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.G., EV fleets, ESG reporting) and collaborate with sales/ops teams.
