Role Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Client Services Manager to take ownership of the full client journey, from initial enquiry and onboarding through to ongoing care quality and satisfaction.This is a fixed-term role for 10–12 months, with the potential to become permanent depending on business needs.You’ll be based in our Chorlton office and play a key role in ensuring clients receive consistently high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing our care team.The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with occasional out of hours working required (pay provided for this).
