Client Services Solution Manager

We are searching for an accomplished Client Services Solution Consultant. You will be responsible for scoping and selling services that the Sage HCM Professional Services team delivers for customers. You will leverage deep expertise in professional services sales and ERP implementations and to define project scope, develop compelling services proposals, and ensure alignment between customer objectives and delivery strategy. This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen and implementation experience. The Client Services Solution Consultant is a member of the Sage HCM Professional Services organization and reports to the Director of Professional Services.

This is a hybrid office environment that meets 3 days a week in our Atlanta or Austin office.

• Engage in the sales process as the PS representative on assigned opportunities, ensuring delivery scoping is thorough, realistic, and aligned with the client's actual implementation needs before a SOW is finalized.<...
