Client Side Project Manager

Our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of the delivery of two exciting land lease community developments located in Cobram and Yarrawonga.

This is a hands-on, site-based role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the action and thrives on managing projects from design through to delivery. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the day-to-day success of these communities.

About the Role As the on-site Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of multiple project components across civil and built form works. You will act as the central point of control—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
