Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients within the healthcare and pharmaceutical space, ensuring strong relationships and continuous engagement.
• Provide consultations and solutions to clients from different therapeutic areas, recommend suitable communication and digital engagement solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end sales activities including opportunity identification, pitching, proposal development, pricing, and negotiation.
• Work with internal teams such as editorial, strategy and project delivery team.
• Oversee project progress and ensure deliverables are met according to timelines and quality standards.
• Study account performance, manage revenue targets, and the achievement of financial KPIs.
