Climate Tech Analyst / Associate

Overview

We are looking for a mission-driven Analyst or Associate to join a Climate Tech investment team backing entrepreneurs tackling some of humanity’s most pressing challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of climate innovation while building a long-term career in venture capital .

Location: Barcelona.

Who you are

You identify with at least one of the following profiles — ideally both:

• The Operator: You’ve worked in or alongside startups or scale-ups and understand what it takes to move fast, iterate, and support founders through growth.

• The Scientist: You come from a STEM background (engineering, science, research, lab, PhD, etc.) and want to help scale breakthrough climate and cleantech innovations through VC.
