CLM Implementation Sr. Manager

KLDiscovery is looking for a CLM Implementation Manager who will lead end-to-end CLM platform implementations for enterprise clients across platforms such as Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis, and equivalent systems.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, deep understanding of workflow configuration, metadata models, integrations, and APIs, and the ability to independently manage complex CLM implementations from requirements through UAT and go-live. The role also plays a key part in internal capability building, migrations, and post-implementation optimization.

A day in the life:

• Lead end-to-end CLM implementations across platforms including Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Icertis, and others.
• Configure workflows, approval paths, templates, clause libraries, metadata structures, and business rules.
• Design and coordinate system integrations with Salesforce, ERP systems, vendor management tools, ...
