An exceptional company, within the media industry, is looking for a Cloud Data Engineer to join their vibrant team. They are located in Cape Town and this is a Hybrid position. The client will also consider a remote candidate if you tick all the boxes.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the Google Cloud Environment and will be able to use the variety of tools that Google offers. Python and SQL are equally important for this position.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification
• 5+ years' development experience working with Python
• Data Skills - Traditional SQL and No-SQL
• High scale Restful Services
• Cloud experience - Google Cloud Platform preferred
• Experience with source control (Git)
