We are building a new team to deliver enterprise‑grade web applications for government and public sector clients. As our founding Senior Full‑Stack Engineer you ll set the technical foundation, choosing the framework, defining standards, and shipping the first set of projects end‑to‑end.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of medium‑complexity web applications for government and enterprise clients from architecture decisions through deployment and handover.
• Set up reusable frameworks, project templates, and engineering standards that the team will use across multiple client engagements.
• Translate non‑technical requirements from government stakeholders into clear technical scope, milestones, and deliverables.
