Monitoring and Alerts: Monitor AWS infrastructure for performance and availability using AWS Cloud Watch and other monitoring tools. Respond to alerts and escalate issues as needed. Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve basic AWS-related incidents. Document and escalate complex issues to senior engineers. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC. Perform basic troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis for simple issues. AWS Configuration and Setup: Assist with configuring new AWS services and resources. Set up basic EC2 instances, S3 buckets, and other AWS resources as needed.
