Role Description

A typical day would involve:

Supporting backlog grooming and prioritization in Azure DevOps under guidance from senior engineers

Tracking project deliverables, dependencies & assist with status reporting

Participating in meetings with SRE, Observability, Product and ITSM teams

Gathering and documenting user feedback on tooling usability and operational workflows

Creating clear documentation and summaries to support decision-making

When required, developing code with PowerShell, Python or NodeJS
You are:
Results-Oriented - You have a demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders to elicit requirements gathering, analyze findings, generate appropriate solutions, and build deliverables all while securing team's commitment to these solutions.

Technology Savvy - You have education and/or experience supporting technology development/ implementation efforts.
