In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping modular, cloud‑native, and AI‑enabled customer engagement capabilities across global and local markets. You will work within a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment alongside product leads, engineers, and strategic partners to translate business capabilities into future‑state architecture.
