Role Description

Location:  Abu Dhabi

Role Overview Responsible for managing day-to-day cloud operations, ensuring high availability and performance of production environments. 
Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage cloud environments and incidents  
Ensure backup and recovery processes  
Perform capacity planning and cost optimization  
Automate operational tasks and maintain documentation 
Required Skills Experience in cloud operations/support roles  
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills  
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools  
We craft, deploy, and manage bespoke services in CRM, data and AI, cybersecurity and consulting.
