Key Responsibilities

Customer Advisory & Engagement

• Deliver structured Microsoft engagements (MIP/VBD) to enterprise customers
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing best practice guidance
• Engage with customer stakeholders to assess current environments and recommend improvements

Technical Delivery

• Lead and deliver workshops, assessments, and hands-on engagements
• Provide expertise across Azure Local, hybrid infrastructure, and Windows Server environments
• Design and guide implementation of modern hybrid solutions using Azure services
