Cloud Systems Administrator

Position

Cloud Engineer / Cloud Administrator based in Contour Software’s offices in Karachi/Lahore, Pakistan. Provide support, oversight, and configuration of business‑critical systems hosted on Azure. Initially during European (Ireland) working hours, expanding later to US East Coast and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis and monitoring of existing cloud environments to identify and resolve issues.
• Managing and responding to support tickets raised by customers through the Professional Services Team.
• Developing and maintaining automation for Azure cloud solutions according to best practices.
• Collaborating with cloud architect and development teams to evaluate and implement optimal cloud solutions, especially when onboarding new environments.
• Provisioning and managing VMs and Azure App Services.
