Role Description

Distribuddy is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee and optimize distribution and sales operations within assigned regions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include planning and implementing distribution strategies, managing distributor relationships, analyzing market data, ensuring sales targets are met, and identifying growth opportunities. The Cluster Manager will also be responsible for motivating and mentoring teams to achieve operational excellence while fostering collaboration among key stakeholders.
