Cmdb Engineer

One of TEKsystems' Financial Services Customers are hiring three 'CMDB librarians' to join the asset and configuration management team. This team is responsible for the management of the Bank’s hardware IT assets throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to retirement. We are also responsible for the creation of standard IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and oversight for adherence to the processes from our global partners. These individuals will be responsible for playing a critical part in managing data from Canada/ LATAM, Asia Pacific, Longon/ New York and Mexico operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow® CMDB and Discovery modules.
• Oversee data quality for hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate lifecycle, ownership, and relationship information.
