CNC Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in sustainable manufacturing and plastic recycling, is seeking a dedicated **CNC Machine Operator** to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** CNC Machine Operator

**Location:** Garfield, MN

**Pay Range:** $18-$19/hour

**3rd** **Shift:** Monday-Thursday 6 pm-2:30 am or 6 pm to 6 am.

+ Operate and manage CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
+ Set up CNC equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production runs.
+ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize results.
+ Conduct daily checks to guarantee machinery functionality and safety.
