CNC Machining Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ • Set up machining cells from initial concept through stable mass production, including CNC selection and purchasing, fixture design, process design, and CNC programming• Design and continuously improve machining cell and assembly line layouts, tooling, and fixtures during mass production• Develop, maintain, and update standard operating instructions, process control plans, and failure analysis documentation• Train production operators and maintain accurate training and competency records• Establish maintenance guidelines, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, and propose solutions with a strong focus on cost, quality, and long‑term sustainability• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support machining, welding, electro‑polishing (where applicable), and assembly manufacturing processes
